Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Microsoft Exchange Online Level 3 Engineer to join our dynamic IT team. As a Level 3 Engineer; you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our Microsoft Exchange Online environment to ensure optimal performance; availability; and security. You will collaborate with other IT professionals to design; implement; and support Exchange Online solutions that meet our business needs.
Responsibilities: Designing and implementing Microsoft Exchange Online architecture; including mailbox and distribution group management; security; and compliance. Managing Exchange Online policies and configurations to ensure consistency and compliance with organizational standards. Monitoring Exchange Online services and performing regular system health checks to proactively identify and resolve potential issues. Troubleshooting and resolving escalated issues related to Exchange Online; including mail flow; connectivity; and performance problems. Collaborating with other IT teams to integrate Exchange Online with other systems and applications, such as Active Directory; SharePoint; and Office 365.Performing Exchange Online migrations; upgrades; and patch management in accordance with best practices and change management processes. Providing technical guidance and support to junior engineers and help desk staff on Exchange Online-related issues. Documenting Exchange Online configurations; procedures; and best practices.
