Graphic Designer - JD
We are looking for a Graphic Designer to create engaging and on-brand graphics for a variety of media.
The role includes the entire process of defining requirements, visualizing and creating graphics including illustrations, logos, layouts, websites, Apps, books, magazines, presenations in powerpoint, product packaging and photos.
The candidate need to have a creative flair and a strong ability to translate requirements into design.
Responsibilities
- Study design briefs and determine requirements
- Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
- Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
- Develop illustrations, logos and other designs
- Work with copywriters and creative director to produce final design
- Amend designs after feedback
- Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
- Video editing and creation
Primary Skills
- Proven graphic designing experience
- Experience in both print and digital media
- Good technical knowledge in formats for various media and color profiles
- Proven powerpoint skills
- A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
- Familiarity with design software and technologies (Adobe Suite and Microsoft)
- A keen eye for aesthetics and details
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
- Experience in video creation based on the storylines is an added advantage
