Product Designer II - Planning & Pricing
Description
As a Product Designer 2 in the Planning & Pricing teams at Flipkart, you will design products that will assist large Sellers in leveraging the best of technology to optimize their business.
For this role, we are looking for an experienced Designer who can balance systems thinking with user empathy, think through complex problems, has good interaction design skills all the while remembering that great products also look great.
The Planning & Pricing teams create advanced software that helps large sellers identify the right products and quantity to buy in, the best warehouses to hold them in, predict on-ground personnel needs and eventually sell products to customers at the best price.

Role
The experience of Planning & Pricing products at Flipkart.
Speaking to the Users, Business and PMs to understand pain points and opportunities.
Delivering on the initiatives as per plan, while providing inputs to influence the larger problems we should be solving.
Influencing the PMs and UI Engineering team to continuously make improvements to the product experience.
Strong systems thinking skill set with a problem solving mindset.
Interest in solving for the Enterprise; strong conviction to create a Consumer grade experience.
Curiosity - Question what’s told, think from first principles, be open to healthy debate and change.
Practical experience with user research, solid interaction design skills and a good visual sense. Great at one or more of these.
Self starter - You identify problems, think through, solve and then inform.
Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders from across teams.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Willingness to work with and contribute to our Enterprise Design System.
