Lead Technical Services Engineer
Knowledge of MDT Windows ADK and WICD tools within Essential skills. Additional knowledge in Intune, Good working knowledge of Autopilot will be advantageous. Advance knowledge on Task sequence design, creation, deployment, and troubleshooting. Good troubleshooting skills on Task Sequence deployment. The main responsibilities are: Engineering the Global Windows 11 platform Analysing business requests and provide solutions to meet requirements Develop standards for installation of BIOS and Drivers. Create and update all technical documentation of all operating procedures as needed. Provide 3rd level support and Root Cause Analysis (RCA). Provide advanced problem solving skills for problems/questions associated with hardware /software. Interact with Vendor Support for L4 Escalation and Drive it till the problem closure Essential Skills Advanced knowledge of Windows 10 and Windows 11 Advanced knowledge of SCCM CB and SCCM CB OSD Advanced knowledge of BuildingslManaging W11 Laptops Advanced knowledge of BIOS and Driver Management from multiple hardware vendors Strong knowledge of Hardware and Management technologies from multiple laptop vendors Advanced knowledge of VPN technologies such as Cisco AnyConnect. Advanced knowledge of PowerShell Scripting Advanced knowledge of VBScripting Excellent Documentation skills (HLD & LLD) Proven ability to work in global companies and delivering infrastructure across multiple geographies Good knowledge of ITIL processes and frameworkDesirable Good working knowledge of buildingslsupporting multi-language Windows 11 Good working knowledge of Windows Debugging and vendor escalation processes Good working knowledge of Windows security technologies such as Bitlocker, Windows Defender componentsoGood working knowledge / understanding of M365 EnterpriseoGood working knowledge / understanding of BuildingslManaging W11 virtual desktop endpoints
