Service Process Controller
is responsible for implementing and executing inspection, testing, and evaluation methods to ensure that products adhere closely to company standards. They prepare reports by collecting data on inspections or other aspects such as production line cleanliness which are analyzed in detail. They also work according to deadlines while delivering outstanding service within the industrys needs. Four types of quality processes are prominent in many industries: ISO 9001, AS9100, Six Sigma, and CMMI. Choosing one depends on its fit to the industry and the understanding of the particular QMS by both employees and customers.
