Job Description
Broad objective of the role:
Lead the network deployment function for key wireless network customers. This includes RAN (4G /5G) and Transport Technologies (Optics, IP MPLS, SD WAN) and Services.
Minimum qualification & experience:
20+ Years of Mobile network experience with specialization of mobile / wireless networks rollout
Other knowledge/skills:
Strong Cross-functional interlinkages, technical ability, Ability to think long term and wholistic,
Strong Service centric skills. Adequate Wireless Domain knowledge with majors in Technology and in-depth understanding.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Network Deployment: Plan and implement wireless network rollout for key customers as per contracted Scope of work and defined SLA / OLA/ WLA/ KPIs.
2. Experience of leading customer engagement at executive level, collaboration and relationship management
3. End to end PNL accountability for the specific account, cost and productivity
4. Process and business improvement, constant efforts to enhance revenue and optimize cost (automation/ tools initiatives)
5. Ensure FTR and OHS compliances
6. Team Development: Regularly review team structure and assess talent requirements; Participate in the recruitment and selection process; Conduct goal setting and performance reviews, coaching the team
