You will be sought out as an expert, enhancing Accenture's marketplace reputation. Your role will involve bringing emerging ideas to life by shaping Accenture and client strategy. With your deep technical expertise, business acumen, and fluid communication skills, you will work directly with clients in a trusted advisor relationship to gather requirements, analyze, design, and implement technology best practice business changes. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead and mentor junior professionals. - Ensure timely delivery of projects. - Identify and mitigate risks. - Maintain effective communication with stakeholders. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll. - Strong understanding of HR processes and practices. - Experience in implementing SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central modules. - Knowledge of integration with other SAP modules. - Ability to analyze complex business requirements and provide technical solutions. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central. - This position is based at our Ahmedabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.Job role
