| Project Role : Software Development Lead Project Role Description : Develop and configure software systems either end-to-end or for a specific stage of product lifecycle. Apply knowledge of technologies, applications, methodologies, processes and tools to support a client, project or entity. Must have skills : Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE ENOVIA Customization Good to have skills : NA Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : BE or BTech or Equivalent Summary: As a Software Development Lead, you will be responsible for developing and configuring software systems using Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE ENOVIA Customization. Your typical day will involve leading a team of developers, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely delivery of software systems. Key responsibilities- 1. Building up and leading the Testing Team to the success of project 2. Defining the scope of testing within the context of each release / delivery 3. Deploying and managing resources for testing 4. Applying the appropriate test measurements and metrics in the product and the Testing Team 5. Participate in reviews and meetings and provide updates on project progress. Technical Experience--- 1. 6+ years of experience on 3DEXPERIENCE 2022x or above test automation using test automation tools 2. ENOVIA Functional knowledge in Change, Program and Project, Confugration and Product Structure Apps/modules. 3. Test Automation using Selenium Framework 4. Agile way of project working experience. Professional Experience 1. Outstanding all-round communication skills and ability to work collaboratively 2. Good Team management skills and work closely with other peers |
