You will use your deep technical expertise, business acumen, and fluid communication skills to work directly with clients in a trusted advisor relationship, gathering requirements and analyzing, designing, and implementing technology best practice business changes. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Manage and mentor junior professionals. - Conduct training sessions to enhance team skills. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central. - Strong understanding of payroll processes and regulations. - Experience in configuring and customizing SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll. - Knowledge of integration between SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll and other SAP modules. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll. - This position is based at our Kolkata office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
