Payment Lifecycle Analyst

Job Responsibilities :

1. Cash & Stock Reconciliation of client position against fund statement for Private Equity, Real Estate & Hedge Funds.

2. Review of contract notes.

3. Booking of mid-life events ( year end collapses, side pockets, distribution events, etc)

4. Monitor, notify and manage the corporate actions for Internal Hedge Funds and Private Equity on behalf of International Private Bank clients.

5. Review of legal documentation completeness for SIF's, subscriptions and redemptions of Internal and External Hedge Funds ("HF") along with quarterly Private Equity ("PE") Transfers and PE name changes.

6. Contribution to break reconciliation, i.e. review & remediation of cash & stock break.

7. Manage Capital call, Distribution, legal invoicing for Private Equity & Open Ended Real estate.

As an analyst, your role will be :

* Understand the process end to end including upstream and downstream teams.

* You are required to have strong analytical skills with high accuracy and attention to details.

* Ensure daily checklist are followed & signed accurately and in a timely manner.

* Follow all relevant process controls and adhere to standard operating procedures.

* Strong Client Focus: adhering to response time to client and maintaining high client satisfaction.

* Understanding of Change Mobilization Tools (Alteryx / UI Path / Signavio / Tableau) is an advantage

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office products such as excel, word, PowerPoint.
