About the position  

Location: Bengaluru, India

Hybrid 

You will join the Flora Food Group CoE Team to drive process mining across all functions, undertaking in-depth analysis of internal and external data to help deliver net revenue and gross margin growth, creation and maintenance of business process flows, and supporting the head of Operational Excellence in generating statistics for ExCo and Steer Co. Additionally, you will be responsible for owning and maintaining Celonis process mining application and related stakeholder management.

The focus of the role is to help data into Celonis, help create new data models for process mining across different functions. We are looking for a Celonis champion with business process flow experience, and who can display a proactive attitude with key stakeholders and is clear communicator. All this whilst gaining experience on key transformational projects across Upfield.

 

So, what does it take to be successful in this role? 

 

• Strong Data Management and Process Mining Expertise: Demonstrate proficiency in process mining, data extraction (especially from ERP systems like SAP S/4 HANA), and data transformation within Celonis, with the ability to build and maintain dashboards.

• Effective Communication and Collaboration: Collaborate seamlessly with business process owners, IT teams, and the Celonis value creation team, while clearly conveying insights and technical details to non-technical stakeholders.

• Problem-Solving and Analytical Thinking: Possess a sharp analytical mindset to identify data quality issues, lead process improvement initiatives (e.g., Kaizen), and implement solutions that optimize business processes.

• Self-Motivation and Adaptability: Thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments, showing initiative, independence, and the ability to adapt to evolving business needs and technology changes.
