| This Role is within the Customer Service team and involves extensive coordination with stakeholders for completion of Compliance and Regulatory requirements. | |

| Role | Manager - Business Process and Compliance |
| Key/ Primary Responsibility of the Role | Job functions include: |
| Ensure Closure of Regulatory and compliance risk related activities within TAT in coordination with all stakeholders and business teams. | |
| Build and complete compliance testing for identified areas of regulatory compliance | |
| Ensuring timely dissemination of Regulatory guidelines | |
| Keeping the senior management and concerned stakeholders updated on the new circulars | |
| Create or update processes and SOPs in accordance with new compliance guidelines. | |
| Develop, Organise and Conduct training for cross functional Teams on various compliance related aspects. | |
| Defining Internal Financial Controls (IFC) and ensuring compliance to their observations thereof | |
| Work towards closure of grievances received from regulators |
