The specific responsibilities and activities required for the Corporate accounting and tax Preparer role include the following.

• Analysis of client provided data. (Includes Trial balance/ Summary of accounting transactions)
• Recording of accounting transaction through journal entries
  • Ledger scrutiny and Recording of rectification entries, if required
  • Thorough understanding and Preparation of Financial statements
  • Conducting Variance analysis for financial statements
  • Preparation of other various reports/ statements (Cash Flow statements and Notes to accounts)
  • To ensure that works assigned is completed within the stipulated time.
  • To adhere to time budgets on each assignment
  • To adhere to client guidelines at all times   
  • To attend the Training Programs regularly
  • To receive constant communication from QA on their error
    
    

- Bachelor's Degree (B.com)/Post Graduate Degree (MBA/M.Com/CMA Inter) from an accredited university.
- 0-2 years of experience in Corporate Accounting.

- Basic accounting knowledge of Corporate accounting

- Knowledge about Principles and concepts of Accounting
- Good knowledge of Journal entries
- Knowledge of preparation and analysis of Financial statements
- Experience in working with MS Office particularly MS Word and MS Excel.
- Should be willing to work in shifts
- Should be willing to work overtime if required.
