Package Consultant: SuccessFactors Talent Mgmt

Introduction
In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.

As a Package Consultant at IBM, get ready to tackle numerous mission-critical company directives. Our team takes on the challenge of designing, developing and re-engineering highly complex application components and integrating software packages using various tools. You will use a mix of consultative skills, business knowledge, and technical expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology into our clients' business environment and achieve business results.

Your Role and Responsibilities
Expert in a proposing the solutions to business.
Must have good experience in designing the functional and technical solutions. · Interaction with the client to gather business requirements and recommend feasible and effective solutions. Should be able to understand the functional requirements from the clientand appropriately convert them into Design documents.
Well versed in the various processes of implementation projects including, but not be limited to, business requirements gathering, design, testing, data conversion, reporting etc.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• At least 4-6 years of relevant experience in SF Talent Management.
• Certified with Valid Delta in SF Time Management.
• Good Communication Skills.
• Must have experience with different talent management modules.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Exposure to other SF modules would be an added advantage.
• Strong domain knowledge.
• Cloud platform integration knowledge.
