Inviting applications for the role of Lead Consultant, Business Intelligence Analyst
In this role, you will be responsible for crafting clean, functional code that flawlessly suits the needs of the company. Your main focus will be coding and ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests. To support Engineer using Agile Methodology and should have an end to end understanding of business use cases, to transform them into an effective and strategic solution. Work with business people to have a real time problem and, craft the solution which really fits into client needs.
Responsibilities
• Understand fundamentals of data preparation/data modelling necessary for the visualization purpose.
• Gather reporting requirements from various stakeholders, architect the solution/report, Understand/analyze the source data and deliver the reports in timely manner
• Strong expertise in Designing intuitive and interactive reports and dashboards using Power BI for data driven decisions.
• Performance Monitoring, fine-tuning and optimization of dashboards
• Knowledge on connecting to multiple data sources through Power BI is required.
• Experience in publishing and sharing the dashboards, scheduling data refreshes.
• Should have handled complexity around visualization or data.
• Should have strong SQL skills, preferably over SQL Server. Strong Data Warehousing and Business Intelligence concepts.
• Experience on any ETL tool preferably SSIS is a plus.
• Interpret written business requirements and technical specification documents
• Strong understanding of Power BI user and group security configuration

Minimum Qualifications
• BE/ B Tech/ MCA/M Tech
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
• Experience in data cleansing, blending disparate data sets, and performing complex calculations on large data sets.
• Data Visualization: Medium to expert proficiency in data visualization in Tableau. Power BI skills is a plus.
• Ability to write and understand moderately complex SQL queries to pull data from various databases.
• Programming experience in Python and experience using the AI/ML libraries (ie: pandas, scikit-learn, pytorch) is a plus.
• Strong analytical thinking skills, capable of transforming data into actionable insights for business and product decisions.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and logical thinking to effectively communicate solutions to stakeholders.
• High business acumen to understand and articulate business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
• Ability to identify gaps and problems with user requirements and respectfully recommend solutions.
