Payroll – Senior

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in SF Employee Central Payroll.
• Able to guide the customers, both on site as well as offshore, on the SAP Best Practices for quick win
• Leading & Conducting Requirement Gathering Workshops & Trainings
• Demonstrating advanced / expert knowledge of modelling standards and tools
• Business Blueprinting/Requirement Gathering, Configuration/Customizing, Functional Specification preparation, Cut-Over-Planning, Documentation, Feasibility Study, Global Roll-Out, Testing, Training Consulting
• Good Knowledge of SAP Cloud methodologies (Launch, Activate)
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll transactions such as salaries, benefits, taxes, and other deductions
• Good Knowledge of Payroll schema, PCR , Functions, operations is a must
