Large MNCs (preferably FMCGs) and Startup(s) as well
Role
- Person will be responsible for financial evaluation, insights and recommendations for
decision processes, savings initiatives and new pilots. In order to achieve that, this role
will work with internal business partners at all levels of the organization in support of
business strategy, technological investments or changes, fulfillment options and
more. The successful candidate will enjoy the challenges and rewards of working in a
fast-growing organization and be able to handle ambiguity. This is a high-visibility
position with big scope of creativity and self-development.
- Have a thorough understanding of the industry, seasonality and business
trends/events, and continually monitor competitor/industry developments
- Maximize Zepto’s business profitability and selection expansion opportunities
- You'll work closely with finance & business leaders across the supply chain / revenue
and category org to influence decision-making on new and existing initiatives. This
role also designs, develops, and maintains performance measurements, models and
reports on strategic input drivers to continuously improve the economics of the
business.

- Manage vendor relationships - manage supplier/partner contracts, manage day-to-
day relationships, and negotiate and secure marketing funds
- Use data and make recommendations to influence strategic decision-making and
planning. Independently align financial and operational analyses with your business
partners, challenging assumptions when necessary.

- Use solid financial knowledge and business acumen to build financial models and
analyses with little guidance and make recommendations that deliver results, drive
improvements, and may have impact.
- Manage monthly, quarterly and annual forecasts for the entire business.
- Perform ad-hoc business analysis, and financial modeling. Present recommendations
to senior management on strategic decisions, and planned future initiatives.
- You identify and implement opportunities to resolve finance issues, improve, scale, or
simplify finance tools, technology, and processes across teams and organizations.
