Job Description:
Total Experience: 12 to 19 Years
Relevant Experience: 9 to 15 Years
Candidate must have:
Expert in Salesforce Configuration, Customization
Expert in Salesforce UI development using Visualforce, Lightning Component Aura, LWC, Lightning App Builder
Experience on integration using Webservices, REST/ SOAP
Experience on error handling/ exception handling in Salesforce
Expert in working in Salesforce Sales Cloud/ Service Cloud
Expert in Code Deployment using Change Set, Bitbucket, Git/ Jenkin.
Hands on experience on using Visual Studio Code, Salesforce CLI
Good knowledge of Dev Ops
Experience in working on any PLM tool (JIRA/Rally)
Ability to deliver the project in Agile.
Ability to coach/ mentor the team members
Estimation of technical requirements to help plan deliveries
Design/Customise/Code/Integrate to deliver requirements
Support the Testing, Validation & User Adoption during the change lifecycle
Ability to provide technical solution of business requirements.
Technical Design Document, Configuration Work Book, Run Book
Ability to do code review
Job Description - Grade Specific
Experience in Salesforce.com (SFDC) systems implementation
Experience creating the technical architecture for complex Salesforce implementations and technology implementation of full lifecycle enterprise projects
Background with architecture concepts (integration styles, architecture styles, patterns)
Understanding of key SFDC architectural concepts
Understanding of Object Oriented concepts
Additional:
Good communication
Good in reporting (Weekly/ Monthly Status Report) to stake holders
