Mainframe - Tech Lead
Job Description:
- Primary Skills: COBOL, DB2, JCL, SQL, CICS
- Good to have Skills: Stored procedures and VSAM
Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on technical experience delivering Mainframe solutions using technologies including COBOL, CICS, DB2, VSAM, JCL, and STORED PROCEDURES.
- Excellent programming and debugging skills.
- Good working knowledge of Relational Databases.
- Nice to have an understanding of CICS Web Services and DB2 Stored Procedures.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively across all levels within Technology, Business, and Operations.
- Capability to approach problems as challenges and deal with them constructively while promoting this approach to other team members.
