Trainer

Position Title: Trainer - KPO

Tier: Tier3

Role:A Trainer is responsible for ensuring that solutions and services are delivered to customers and stakeholders on time and in line with the SLA, company policies and controls. Provide direction, instructions and guidance to the team for achieving the set goal.

Key Responsibilities:

Plans, conducts, coordinates and implements a comprehensive training program for processes and staffTraining components will be geared toward new hires, existing staff and individuals who seek one-on-one assistancePreparing individual coaching plans; providing resources and assistance; scheduling orientation and ongoing trainingDetermines training needs from inputs provided by the operations teamDevelops individual results by maintaining policy and procedure resources; providing coaching conducting training sessions; developing outcome improvement resourcesImproves training effectiveness by developing new approaches and techniques; making support readily available; integrating support with routine job functionsUpdates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications;Be part of quality calibration and mentoring activitiesBe prepared to be flexible and innovativePlan and prepare for assessments and make sure they take place at a reasonable pace that reflects your trainee's progressionChoosing appropriate training methods per case (virtual, simulated, mentoring, on the job training, professional development classes, etc)Performs all other duties as requiredReview Training Materials at least once in quarterEnsure training completion details are maintained at a centralized location
