Summary: As a Business Analyst, you will analyze an organization and design its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology. You will assess the current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution. Your role will involve researching, gathering, and synthesizing information to drive effective decision-making and improve business performance. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Conduct in-depth analysis of business processes and systems. - Identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements. - Develop and maintain project documentation and deliverables. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Informatica PowerCenter. - 5yrs of experience in Unix , shell scripting, SQL, Data transformation knowledge and skillset B Data migration experience C Worked with Putty or ToadOracle PL/SQL D work experience on RageTool which is a SQL server - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Teradata BI. - Strong understanding of data integration and ETL processes. - Experience in data analysis and data modeling. - Knowledge of SQL and database concepts. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Informatica PowerCenter. - This position is based at our Gurugram office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
