Bosch Automotive Electronics India Pvt. Ltd. (RBAI) is a 100% subsidiary of Robert Bosch GmbH . Established in 2009, in Naganathapura - Bengaluru, RBAI is primarily focused in manufacturing electronic products for the automotive sector. RBAI has consistently added an average of one product every year resulting in a wide range of products comprising – Engine Control Units (ECU) for both 4W and 2W, Body Control Modules (BCM), ECUs for ABS, DC-DC Converters, iTraMS (Intelligent communication control unit) to name a few. RBAI also produces products for  eMobility like MCU (Motor control Unit), C-Box (Communication Box), VCUs (Vehicle Control Unit), Central gateway modules and is geared up for other futuristic products.  RBAI with its diverse portfolio, not only caters to local markets, but also exports products to all major global customers. • Test program Generation and ECR implementation for existing
  and newly launched products.
• Customer label files(barcode and logo) layout design, generation, validation and release
• Product Testing problems troubleshooting support for IPN plants
• Test Tools development using SW for new products
• Coordination with development department and IPN plants for process and new products
• Independetly handling the Installation/Upgradation and Commissioning of
  new Test equipment, HW devices, Tools and Test servers
• Process Setup/Improvements
• New tester OS release - validation and administration
• Organizational standards-(5S, HSE, Quality systems, ESD, Standardization-Documentation) implementation
• Training and Development of new joiners and International Production Network(IPN) members and providing technical guidance to peer colleagues as needed.
• Supplier Visits to keep up to date as per new test technology and technical coordination with suppliers

5 to 9 Years Test Engineering experience from Electronics Manufacturing Industry .

Preferable from Automotive Electronics Industry.

BE/B.Tech – in Electrical or Electronics

Basic understanding on electronic product manufacturing in automotive sector

Good knowledge in assembly line Keysight/NI testing stations machinery (Electrical, Mechanical, and Pneumatic)

Understanding of product schematic diagrams, CAD data, test scripts.

Basic knowledge in Linux and CAD viewer

Good knowledge in assembly line Keysight/NI testing stations machinery (Electrical, Mechanical, and Pneumatic)

Proficiency in handling test equipment’s (DMM, Power supply, Electronic Loads, Counters, Waveform Generators, Trigger Cards, NI/Keysight modules)

Proficiency in German language or willingness to learn
