What you will do
Remedy resources having exp to upgrade from Remedy 20x( On Prem) to Remedy Helix 21x ( On Prem).
Moreover, candidate who had installation exp of monolithic ITSM versions to containerized ITSM versions should definitely have high level exp on OpenShift platform / containerized env.
Hands-on experience in installing containerized ITSM applications including incident, change, problem, change management, asset and CMDB, Helix dashboards and reports, AND DWP application.
Experience in ITSM upgrades, preferably from monolithic ITSM versions to containerized ITSM versions.
You will bring
High level knowledge or hands-on experience in Redhat OpenShift is a plus.
Experience in manual data migration and automated data migration tools (familiarity with BMC data migrator is a plus)
Experience in ITSM configuration and custom workflow development using developer studio
Experience in building integration interfaces and Pentaho (spoon) jobs.
Experience with the DWP (configuring/building service catalog services)
B.Tech Full time CSE/IT/ECE
Experience 3-10 years
