Role: Cease order Management Engineer (Executive)
Location: Chennai
Working hours: Normal weekday working in GMT timing in that specified location
Role purpose:
Engineer responsible for raising cease orders and get it tracked . Need to analyse all kind of product ( IPVPN , EWL , DIAoMSP) , Coordination with different stake holders to get the task completed . Service/Circuit deletion in inventory .
Key Responsibilities:
· Excellent knowledge on validating all products IPVPN, EWL,DIAoMSP, Bandwidth connect.
· Should have previous experience in creating / handling cease orders
· Coordination with different stakeholders of the task in orders
· Basic knowledge on IP data network
· Experience in Database applications like Remedy, Clarify, SOM , ODO , MORI & Crammer etc
· Good communication skills both written and oral, able to communicate technical concepts to all levels
· Coordination with Account / Service manager , Transmission engineer , IP Engineer and Field Support teams , BAU team for getting the task completed
· Service / Circuits deletion in inventories
· Weekly and Monthly rerports of the activity
Must have technical / professional qualifications:
· Minimum of 2-4 years relevant experience in Telecommunications Engineering with good discipline, winning attitude and keep on trying to achieve a team goal mentality
· Graduation in Telecommunications/ Electronics
· Proficient in MS Office Suite with good skills in PowerPoint and Excel
· Good communication and Interpersonal skill
· Basic knowledge on IP networks
