In this role, we are seeking a talented and creative UX/UI Designer & Multimedia Specialist to join our growing team. You'll play a vital role in shaping the user experience across our digital products while creating engaging video content and presentations.

Responsibilities

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, developers, and

· stakeholders, to gather requirements and define project goals.

· Conduct basic user research and competitive analysis to make informed design decisions while crafting user-centric solutions.

· Create wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mock-ups to demonstrate design concepts and interactions.

· Design visually stunning and intuitive user interfaces that align with brand guidelines and project requirements.

· Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI pattern libraries to ensure project consistency.

· Developing engaging video content for various marketing and communication purposes, potentially utilizing generative AI tools to enhance efficiency.

· Designing visually compelling presentations (PPT, Keynote) to communicate ideas effectively.

· Iterate and refine designs based on user feedback, usability testing, and market trends.

· Collaborate with developers to ensure the successful implementation of designs and provide necessary design assets and specifications.

· Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to improve the design process and continuously deliver cutting-edge solutions.

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications / Skills

· Batchelor’s or master’s degree in any stream relevant years of experience

· Any specialized design degree will add an advantage to shortlist the candidate profile

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

· Relevant years of professional experience as a UI/UX Designer, preferably in a software development environment.

· Strong portfolio demonstrating a solid understanding of user-centered design principles and showcasing a range of design projects.

· Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to overcome design challenges.

· Familiarity with responsive design principles and mobile app design.

· Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Illustrator, and Photoshop.

· Experience with video editing software like After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, or any other animation tool.

· Keep an eye on the latest UX/UI trends, including AI's impact on design, such as Generative AI tools, to enhance design workflows.

· Familiarity with web development principles (e.g., HTML, CSS).

· Excellent UX writing skills and verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

· Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
