Summary: As a Technology Architect, you will review and integrate all application requirements, including functional, security, integration, performance, quality, and operations requirements. You will also review and integrate the technical architecture requirements and provide input into final decisions regarding hardware, network products, system software, and security. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth functioning of the technology infrastructure and contribute to the overall success of the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Design and develop technical architectures for complex systems. - Ensure that the technical architecture aligns with the overall business goals and objectives. - Provide guidance and support to the development team in implementing the technical architecture. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve the technical architecture. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Technical Architecture. - Strong understanding of system integration and performance optimization. - Experience in designing and implementing scalable and secure solutions. - Knowledge of cloud computing platforms and services. - Hands-on experience with Salesforce development and customization. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with other CRM platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics or Oracle CRM. - Familiarity with agile development methodologies. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in Salesforce Technical Architecture. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
