Knowledge of Underground  OSP fiber rollout, project management, Vendor management. 
Route Survey for Backbone route, Last mile Tower route and  Access route Trenching, Ducting, Laying, Moiling, HDD, Blowing, Pulling and Chamber Connectivity.
Knowledge of Soil strata, digging equipment's (JCB, HDD etc.) requirement, accordingly deployment.
Right of way (ROW) Liaisoning, DN, DD, BG Tracking with NHAI, PWD, RAILWAY, Forest, Irrigation, Gas Pipeline, Cantonment area and other local agencies.
Rollout deployment and tracking of Backbone, Access, Last mile Tower's all associated activity.
Knowledge and Co-ordination for fiber Testing, Splicing, FMS Termination, earthing of Optical Fiber Cable in JC/FMS.
Knowledge of Water Penetration Test, DIT.
Project planning, Project execution, scheduling, links commissioning wrt link loss budgeting, along with Govt compliance.
Knowledge of Google Earth, Real time Online acceptance testing (AT), data capturing, As-built verification, Bill verification and Publish project DPR.
Optical Fiber Testing & related equipment’s hand on experiences like OTDR, Splicing Machine, Cable locator, Earth Meter etc.
Preparing the note for any deviation approvals on real time basis and tracking till closure.
Project execution along with Govt compliance.
Knowledge and adaptability of Tools automation,  MS office, Excel, PPT, SAP, GIS, Google KML and  Macro etc.
Project planning, Project execution, scheduling with help of better material management.
Knowledge of inventory reconciliation inline with Online acceptance testing (AT), data capturing, As-built verification, Publish project DPR and final bill verification.
Preparing the note for any deviation approvals on real time basis and tracking till closure.
Coordinating & monitoring of delivery period with vendors in order to meet the project timelines.
Inventory monitoring, tracking and Reconciliation. Overall complete management till project closure.
To provide clear direction, valuable guidance & coaching to field team members.
Knowledge of safety compliance, HSW & Quality Audit – internal & external
