What you will do 

Ensure that the services provided to customers are continuously available and performing to Service Level Agreement (SLA) performance levels.
Handle trouble tickets, engage in fault and outage handling.
Perform O&M activities e.g. preventive maintenance and health checks of different systems and applications and take proactive measures to identify and correct associated faults. 
Automate routine health checks and repetitive tasks.
Good troubleshooting skills.
Good Experience in Ericsson Digital Experience is Must.
Assist Service Delivery Managers and technical leads in root cause analysis and develop strategies to mitigate outage implications.
Must be able to backup and restore servers, recover services during outages.
Strong Telecom BSS/OSS skills contributing to the development and refinement of Customer's vision and strategy, understanding the product portfolio, being able to discuss current and new solutions with customers.
Good knowledge in Operation & maintenance of Ericsson Catalog manager.
Engage early in new solution or Work Request development, assist in carrying out acceptance tests and the integration of new services, solutions, features/functions and nodes into production and handover to operations.
Worked on any 24*7 operation and ready to work on 24*7 includes working on shifts.

You will bring

Working experience with of Ericsson Digital Experience platform its architecture, and features.
Good understanding of XCAC, Customer Management, Inventory & Payment connectors.
Ability to work on Helm file packaging and YAML file writing capabilities.
Ability to work with DXP backend Camunda flow.
Good knowledge and exposure to DXP/CPQ.
Good Knowledge of Linux/Unix system Administration.
Good understanding of IP networks.
Good understanding of Authorization and Authentication IAM concepts.
Good experience with Postgres SQL/EDB(Postgres) and Cassandra (No SQL DB)

Key Qualifications:

Professional experience of 5-11 years in the relevant field
Education: BE/B.Tech/ME/M.Tech/MCA/relevant engineering degree
Excellent Verbal and written communication skills. Ability to clearly relay technical knowledge to both technical and non-technical people, written and verbally.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
