Techno Functional Lead
Skills ? Core Java with Multi-threading (Primary skill), JMS, Spring Boot / Angular
\nLocation ? Pune
\nBand ? C1
\n\n
1. 10 to 12+ years of hands on experience in Core Java, Multi-threading, JMS and others
\n2. In depth knowledge of Multi-Threading java API?s
\n3. Thorough understanding of Design principles and its application in daily deliverables
\n4. Familiar with IBM WebSphere servers is preferrable
\n5. Able to technically lead a 15+ member team, guide, mentor and follow-up/ track deliverables
\n6. Able to lead a conversation with Client partners and onsite leads
\n7. Able to drive scrum efforts to drive offshore sprint items
\n8. Able to navigate newer technology stack as Spring framework , Angular
\n9. Excellent analytical, debugging, problem-solving and root-cause analysis skills
\n10. Willing to contribute technically for the Stories
\n11. Establish best practices in the projects like Documentation on confluence, knowledge sharing sessions, presentations, proof of concepts etc.
