Lead Assistant Manager
Looking for immediate joiners for Provenir Strategy Developer role with EXL based out of Gurgaon (currently hybrid)
- Professional with overall experience of atleast 4-6 years using Credit Risk Decision Systems tools, preferably Provenir or PowerCurve/Strategy Design Studio, Strategy Manager, Blaze Advisor or TRIAD
- Experience in delivering changes to the decision systems across the customer lifecycle, supporting business needs. This will involve the development of strategies, testing, documentation and monitoring from both a project and BAU perspective
- Experience in analyzing business requirements to assess the impact on systems infrastructure and customer journeys
- Previous Credit Risk or Financial Services experience or an understanding of the retail credit industry and its products
- Knowledge of technical delivery lifecycles
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Great attention to detail
- Highly organized with the ability to work independently and deliver work to agreed timelines
- Great collaboration skills
- Solutions focused with creativity, energy and a personal drive to succeed
- Ability to communicate effectively between technical and non-technical individuals
