Is accountable for plan, build, deploy, run and phase-out of the IT Solution – orchestrates responsible roles- Manages customer requirements, including input for IT Products/Services development.

Pro-actively consults business teams in optimizing the Solution (technical, commercial) and in regards to standardization.

Plans activities for IT Solution within planning processes in close alignment with the experts in the Solution Team and Product/Service-teams (Solution roadmap).

Integrates IT Products/Services into customer’s environment according to customer specific needs to create required benefit for the customer.

Manages IT Solution’s dependencies and integration of involved IT Products/Services in close alignment with relevant Product/Service Owners.

Takes over accountability for interfaces.- Analyzes and communicates Quality KPIs (incl. service level targets for Solution and affiliated Products/Services, customer satisfaction and bench marking)

Be accountable for all commercial aspects of IT Solution

Ensures achievement of objectives (measured by KPIs) through appropriate measures

Additional Information

10-12 years hands-on experience in software development

Strong leadership skills, ability to lead functionally and motivate Solution team

Experience in Project Management and Agile methodology

Hands-on experience in software application development

Good understanding of relevant IT products/services as well as customer environments

Ability to combine technical and business view

Deep understanding of how the IT Solution supports customer processes- Problem-solving skills (analysis, options, driving decisions)

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Familiarity with programming languages like .net, SQL, SAP, Oracle, C#, Core Java, Android, NodeJS Or Any Server Side

Experience Like J2EE, REST.

Familiarity with operating systems like Windows, UNIX, and databases like MySQL

Degree In Information Technology,Computer Science or relevant subjects
