Job description:
At least 6 years of working experience in Electronics Design industry In-Depth knowledge of the design and development of the Power Electronics, SMPS, motor drive and power electronics products Should involve in all the phases of Hardware Development Life Cycle, Requirement analysis, component selection and Life cycle analysis, Schematic Design, Prototype development, Procuring the components, Validating functional test results of Design, perform required functions to support the project design effort through the fabrication, assembly and board bring up, testing. Experience in schematic capture tools and Simulation tools for Design analysis. Exposure in Hyperlynx Simulation for signal integrity. In-Depth knowledge of the design for thermal analysis and EMC performances. Experience in Verification test protocol and test plan preparation. Preparing technical documents for Specification Document, Design Document, logic Interface, Power Budget, PCB Design, Functional Test Reports, Board Reports, and Acceptance of Test Procedure (ATP) Experience in DFM and DFMEA
- To attend status calls with customer and the team and escalate to Senior management
- To drive recruitment and resourcing process by working closely with the HR teams
- To drive resource planning and keep track of team s performance for high customer satisfaction
- To ensure quality compliance and facilitate Value creation and KM activities.
- To manage the teams and co-ordinate with On-Site Engineers for any issuesorconcerns
