The opportunity :

Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence

·Develop and sell new solutions (managed services, distinct technology solutions etc.) for the Mobility practice as part of the GTM initiative

·Periodic monitoring and reporting of sales opportunities, pipeline and wins

·Contribute to generating profitable revenue through identifying follow-on engagement opportunities and developing lasting relationships with clients

·Lead project work streams from planning through to implementation - managing project resources and budgets effectively

·Experience in tax and regulatory support for global mobility

Skills and attributes

To qualify for the role you must have
Qualification

·Post graduate degree or equivalent with a specialization in Human Resources (India or abroad) from a reputed institute

Experience

·10 - 12 years of work experience in core finance & payroll function, and in preparation of Financial Statements, Tax Audit.

·Minimum 10 to 12 years of experience in managing client facing finance team preferably in a consulting organization or well diversified Industry experience, with reporting and ability to deal with senior leadership team.
