Wireless operation lead Guwahati
- Reduction in Copper cuts all across circle SR Inflow reduction
-SLA enhancement
-Lesser MTTR - Proactive Copper maintenance Proactive health corrections for the bad quality lines basis and FD reports to reduce the OSP & Wire Center related complaints.
- 100% Incidences capturing into remedy system To Strengthen the Reward/Penalty towards third party vendors.
-Strengthen the UGCM Contract
-Capturing of all trouble tickets into designed systems. - Reduction in ERP cases Reduction in ERP cases keeping NEs healthy
- Proactive approach towards NE dechoking - Opex & Budget Control Responsible for Opex & budget control & cost reduction.
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong communication skills
- Understanding of customer life cycle
- Experience of handling large teams
- Knowledge of wireline/broadband /internet business
- Knowledge of copper parameters & related toolsfa
