• Proficiency in various direct & indirect taxes in the region. Ability to prepare tax forecasts, 
• proactively follow up, evaluate, and recommend tax-planning actions.
• Lead and fulfill company secretarial requirements as per local requirements & timelines. 
• Proficiency in handling related party transaction reporting and OECD requirements such as Local files, CbC Reports, Master files, and so on.
• Excellent project skills to research, lead, mobilize, and collaborate with various teams to accomplish assigned projects and goals.
• Supervises accounting functions related to operations in the region and consolidated financial reporting.
• Manage the month-end close, US reporting, and consolidation adjustment process to ensure effectiveness & timelines for reporting are achieved. 
• Review & recommend Cash & bank forecasts, fund injections/applications/dividend declarations with HQ, and help maintain a valid cash position in supporting the smooth operation.
• Familiar with import & export, customs clearance requirements, and processes.
• Proficiency in Company investigation & audit case customs, and discussion with Local Customs Authorities.
• Focused on excellence in customer service.
• Provides senior management with the necessary data to make business decisions by performing research, cost/ benefit analysis, and recommendations as required.
• Responds with a sense of urgency to any request or issue; provides information and/or resolution in an expeditious manner.
• Responds effectively to very sensitive inquiries and complaints
