UI/UX Product Designer

Skills & Requirements:

• Extensive expertise in a broad range of UX skills, including interaction design, visual design, branding, UX research, and more, with a focus on AI-enhanced user experiences.
• Proficiency in design software like Figma, Keynote, Sketch, and other tools.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design (UCD) principles, concept generation, design thinking and user research methodologies, particularly as they apply to AI-driven products.
• Experience with user research, conducting user testing, and distilling feedback into meaningful design improvements for complex B2B systems.
• Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail and aesthetic appeal, capable of creating interfaces that balance AI functionality with user-friendly design.
• Experience with motion graphics or animation software is a plus, especially for creating explanatory content for AI features.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions for AI-driven interfaces.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for creating innovative and user-centric digital experiences, particularly in the realm of AI-assisted manufacturing and supply chain management.
• Experience with prototyping tools (e.g., InVision, Figma prototyping) to create interactive demos of AI Copilot features.
• Experience with web development best practices is a plus, understanding how they impact AI-driven interface design.
