Talent Acquisition Business Partners define the local Talent Acquisition strategy based on global guidelines and steer its execution. They collaborate with local business leads to determine the best levers to answer recruitment needs. They ensure consistency in Talent Acquisition approaches on their perimeter. They ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process. They possibly manage Talent Acquisitions Advisors. They are accountable for the end-to-end experience of their candidates.

Ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently is essential. Should be adept at analyzing problems, generating solutions, and implementing appropriate actions.
