What would you do? Tax Exemption team is responsible for validating tax exempt certificates and implementing the exemption is respective billers. Role will be dynamic, which demands working with multiple business stakeholders and partners for improvements or resolving customer impacting issues. Good Customer Support Experience preferred with good networking knowledge This team is responsible for managing problems caused by information technology infrastructure errors to minimize their adverse impact on business and to prevent their recurrence by seeking the root cause of those incidents and initiating actions to improve or correct the situation.
What are we looking for? • Bachelors in any degree • Prior experience in Tax Exempt will be an added advantage
Roles and Responsibilities: • Valid New Tax exempt requests and implement • Support external and internal audit requirements • Run Queries from billing systems to validate tax exemption expiry dates (Data mining background) • Transform into SME in short span of time – understand overall tax exempt process and business impacts • Effectively work with Business stakeholders and act as process owner • Ability to work under pressure and provide support outside business hours (as and when required). • Proactive approach to avoid issues and escalations • Good Interpersonal skills, empathy, being respectful and diplomatic • Ability to multitask in complex environment, and deliver through workload prioritization • Pragmatic, Lateral thinking and problem solving skills • Minimum 4+ years of experience in Global service delivery role • Strong communication skills.
