Summary: As an Infrastructure Service Management professional, you will be responsible for managing and delivering services to clients. Your typical day will involve assigning work assignments, managing team financials, monitoring service delivery metrics, and driving overall people management. Roles & Responsibilities: - Maintain Service Management system vision - Scope, policy and objectives are to be inline with service management system - Identifying and managing risks encountered during implementation phase - Analyzing reports and identifying the areas of Opportunities for Improvement - Provide extended support for 3td party audits - Conduct management reviews at planned intervals Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong understanding of Infrastructure Service Management. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with ITIL framework and ServiceNow. - Experience in managing and delivering infrastructure services to clients. - Strong financial management skills, including experience managing team financials. - Excellent people management skills, including experience hiring, training, and managing team performance.
