Job Role and Summary
A Content & Email Executive builds home pages, promotional email and carry out Building content on website as well as testing the rendering email on sites. He or she is well aware of the products in the retail industry. He or she should be well aware of Adobe Photoshop and image editing.
A. Duties and Responsibilities
Perform to accomplish and carry out departmental or organizational goals, policies and procedures
Must be well informed about products in the retail industry
Edit/Slice images using Adobe Photoshop
Build Home pages and Landing pages using HTML, CSS and browser-based platform
Build emails as per client’s requirement on browser-based platform
Test/QA the built emails in different variations and identify any errors
Drive Process improvement in day-to-day work
B. Skills
Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills
Must be computer proficient
Excellent customer service and organizational skills
Excellent active listening and analytical skills
Can multi-task
Excellent problem-solving skills
Basic knowledge about HTML and Adobe Photoshop would be an added advantage
C. Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or H.S.C.
Must have 0 - 1 years of work experience
