Lead - Finance & Accounts
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:-
- Oversees the timely completion & accurate preparation of financial statements, including accounts finalization, MIS, accounts receivable and payable & matters pertaining to GST and Income Tax.
- Collaboratively working with cross functional team to project anticipated budget, monitor project performance and adherence to budget, ensuring the delivery of excellence.
- Identify and evaluate potential areas of discrepancies or risk, and ensure proper internal control measures are in place to mitigate them.
- Liaising with various stakeholders such as external and internal auditor, tax professional to ensure compliance with the accounting standards and regulatory procedures.
- Monitoring and balancing cash flows into and out of a business to ensure there is adequate financial liquidity to meet financial obligations and optimize investment.
- Provide support to all internal stakeholders by ensuring that all the statements are in relation to the project and adheres to local law, tax provisions and relevant industry and financial regulations.
- Keeping Abreast of changes in the accounting standards and financial rules & regulation and impart the same with the team.
- Assist in developing financial strategy, including risk minimization plans and opportunity forecasting.
Qualifications
Qualification:-
CA
MBA will be an added advantage.
Experience:-
20 years in field of Accounts, Audit, budgeting , SAP, INDAS
