What would you do? Accenture Operations Solution Innovation is responsible for solution configuration of client requirements and integration with sales to promote growth. We ensure a simplified solutioning process to reduce solution turnaround time, industrialize our ability to respond to RFPs and support sales opportunities. Solution Architect will be judge around these main points: · SA has a seat at the at the table of our Clients · SA knows the BPO market and competition and can build differentiated solutions · SA understands our vision for Operations and can integrate full spectrum of assets into Solutions · SA can confidently articulate the future of Operations and the journey roadmap for the strategy · SA can build a Client journey to As-A-Service and the Operations model of the Future · SA can understand the competitive landscape and know how the competition will position their solution vs Accenture Design, implement and direct a solution architecture to address specific problems and requirements, usually through the application of technical, business process and/or industry knowledge.

Roles and Responsibilities: •In this role you are required to identify and assess complex problems for area(s) of responsibility • The individual should create solutions in situations in which analysis requires in-depth knowledge of organizational objectives • Requires involvement in setting strategic direction to establish near-term goals for area(s) of responsibility • Interaction is with senior management levels at a client and/or within Accenture, involving negotiating or influencing on significant matters • Should have latitude in decision-making and determination of objectives and approaches to critical assignments • Their decisions have a lasting impact on area of responsibility with the potential to impact areas outside of own responsibility • Individual manages large teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture • Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts
