Assistant Manager - Ad Sales, Colors

‘COLORS’ is Viacom18’s flagship brand in the entertainment space in India. A combination of ‘emotions’ and ‘variety’, COLORS, launched on 21st July 2008, offers an entire spectrum of emotions to its viewers. From fiction shows to format shows to reality shows to blockbuster movies – the basket contains all ‘Jazbaat Ke Rang’. ‘COLORS’ is dedicated to promoting ‘cohesive viewing’, through shows such as Udaariyaan, Bekaaboo, Parineetii, Junooniyatt, Agnisakshi… Ek Samjhauta, PyarKe Saat Vachan Dharampatnii, Saavi Ki Savaari, Suhaagan, Naagin, Tere Ishq Mein Ghayal, Bigg Boss, and Khatron Ke Khiladi amongst others.

What will you do?

  • Revenue Generation for our flagship channel Colors
  • Achieve the set revenue goals.
  • Identify new & ensure repeat business from existing clients advertising in the respective region.
  • Selling advertising Solutions to advertising agencies & clients
  • Position requires maintaining cordial relationships with assigned set of clients.
  • Selling impact properties to the assigned set of clients
  • Keeping a track on deliveries & maintaining weekly post evals & work toward minimizing deviations.
  • Ensuring optimum utilization of inventory

    • Who should apply for this role?

  • Graduate / Post-graduate, MBA preferred.
  • Should be self-motivated.
  • 5-7 years of minimum experience in Media Sales in Mumbai (preferably TV).
  • Good connect with the Clients & Media agencies.
  • Should be fluent with BARC in terms of churning out data, making CPRP grids, interpreting numbers & using it as a tool to effectively market the channel.
  • Should also be hands on with MS. Office – Excel, PPT & Word document.
  • Team player
  • Good Communication skills
