What would you do? Helps transform back office and network operations, reduce time to market and grow revenue, by improving customer experience and capex efficiency, and reducing cost-to-serve Good Customer Support Experience preferred with good networking knowledge This team is responsible for managing problems caused by information technology infrastructure errors to minimize their adverse impact on business and to prevent their recurrence by seeking the root cause of those incidents and initiating actions to improve or correct the situation.
What are we looking for? •Helps transform back office and network operations, reduce time to market and grow revenue, by improving customer experience and capex efficiency, and reducing cost-to-serve Good Customer Support Experience preferred with good networking knowledge
Roles and Responsibilities: 1. Perform pre-bill validations and share anomalies with billing operations team. 2. Execute bill production for select billers 3. Execute account setup (various processes depending upon biller) 4. Perform bill quality checks and quality gates 5. Perform bill Cycle Validations 6. Production System Support
