Job Summary
Replenishment Order Management needs to handle operation escalation, special requirement, and Governance monthly performance review within CU/ end customer, including option service performance review also financial issues during daily operation.
Responsibilities & Tasks
- Secure Customer contract fulfillment
- Distribute info to internal stakeholders and escalate delivery Issues
- Handle special requirement such as optional service request
- Support and drive global Delivery Operation strategy
- Drive local company delivery
- Secure communication and cooperation
- Supervising Hardware Services Performance
- Follow up on regional HWS financial accountability
Position Qualification
- Understanding of SAR operations, processes, and financials
- Contact network related to Hardware Services in Business Unit Global Services, Business Lines and the Ericsson Regions.
- Customer focused, business oriented, and a proactive approach to problem solving. Ability to see the big picture and apply best practice
