Develop, configure, and enhance ServiceNow applications and modules, including Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, CMDB, Knowledge, and more.Customize ServiceNow forms, fields, workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and UI actions.Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems using APIs, web services, and other integration tools.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and deliver technical solutions that meet business needs.Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user guides.Perform system upgrades, patches, and security updates to ensure the platform is up-to-date and secure.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the ServiceNow platform, including performance, integration, and data-related problems.Provide training and support to end-users and administrators.Stay current with ServiceNow features, best practices, and industry trends to continuously improve the platform and deliver innovative solutions.Preferred Skills:Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices.

Experience with automated testing and CI/CD pipelines.

Familiarity with other ITSM tools and platforms.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

4-6 years' experience in ServiceNow development.Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer, with a strong understanding of the platform’s architecture and capabilities.Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting languages, including JavaScript, GlideScript, and AngularJS.Experience with ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, or other ServiceNow modules.Familiarity with web technologies, such as HTML, CSS, XML, and REST/SOAP web services.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Application Developer, Certified Implementation Specialist) are a plus.
