Intro

You will play a vital role in producing content and campaigns that align with our brand purpose and cater to both Indian and global employees.

You will need to think creatively and find out-of-the-box solutions for engaging content, aligned to our strategic pillars, including ideating & building a content plan and campaigns.

 You will be copywriting - writing long and short form articles and smart captions for various mediums such as the intranet, emailers, digital displays etc..

You may also be called upon to manage internal events/programs. Everything you create should encourage sharing.

You will be part of the People Communication team, which is lean, and work directly with designers for visual design. You will also be given access to creative tools for visual expression.

Role

• Own the content calendar- conceptualize and create innovative content that increases viewership and encourages peer-to-peer sharing.
• Craft ideas based on pop trends in various regions, that have relevance to the brand.
• Establish a strong working relationship with our leadership and develop and execute an internal communication plan for them, aligned to our strategic pillars.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on big and small campaigns, advising them as an in-house communication expert vis-à-vis planning and execution.
• Ensure projects are executed within deadlines and with a reasonably high degree of execution excellence.
• Create and manage communication channels, including internal social networks, newsletters, email campaigns, town halls, and other platforms to deliver key messages effectively.
•  Manage day-to-day engagement with creative agency to ensure accurate work brief is shared with them, and the creative output is as per the brief and desired quality standards.
• Take charge of day-to-day content posting schedule on CRISIL’s own Chirp, social network of CRISIL

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters in Mass Communication/Journalism

Skills required

• 6-10 years of experience. Currently working or have worked in a creative agency before.
• Keen appreciation of the difference between copywriting and content writing.  
• Proactive contributor of ideas to brainstorming sessions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• A nose for a good story and a strong hook to engage audiences.
• Has influencing skills and adept at creative problem-solving.
• Demonstrated ability to run a campaign end to end, from concept to completion.
• Brings in digital-first communication mindset
• Broad knowledge of communication principles, messaging framework.
• Ability to work withing tight deadlines.
• Demonstrated flexibility and the ability to deal with ambiguity associated with working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Excellent planning, time management and organizational skills with the ability to deal with multiple constituents and manage multiple simultaneous objectives.
• Ability to work as part of a lean team.
