Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager Mechanical_Instrumentation maintenance

The company design and develops world class Hydraulic Brake System Parts that include Boosters, Tandem master cylinders and Proportionating valves. The Control Division develops innovative components, systems and functions in the field of vehicle safety, vehicle dynamics and driver assistance like ABS and ESP. RBIC would soon be expanding portfolio in passive safety and other Driver assistance products.
Job Description
1. Knowledge of wire harness, assembly and molding processes.
2. Experience in Instrumentation measurement and control of process variables.
3. Mechanical maintenance of assembly lines, machines, and equipment.
4. Strong knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance of Plastic molding, Crimping, Laser
welding, leakage testing.
5. Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems, circuit.
6. Assembly line improvements and modifications.
7. Hands on experience on machine and automation.
8. TPM Implementation and Machine overhauling.
9. Knowledge of PLC and control systems.
10. Ensure sustenance and improvement in maintenance KPI’s.
11. Ensure adherence to defined maintenance processes.
12. Support to keep Internal defect cost below defined level.
13. Excellent problem solving skill and analytical capability

BE/BTEC/MTEC Mechanical / Instrumentation / Mechatronics
