Title: Cybersecurity Manager - GDS MENA

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Cybersecurity Manager to join our Global Delivery Services organization in EY. As the Cybersecurity Manager in GDS MENA team, you will play a key role in our services from the perspectives of delivery excellence, GTM, building stakeholder relationships and fostering cybersecurity practice growth.

Responsibilities:

• Support the Cyber Lead in building and developing the cybersecurity practice within the organization.
• Responsible for maintaining high levels of satisfaction and trust among stakeholder and client relationships.
• Ensure delivery quality by implementing best practices, processes, and methodologies.
• Lead service delivery of the engagements assigned to meet client expectations and drive successful outcomes.
• Support Go-To-Market (GTM) activities and pursuit efforts to win more in the market.
• Manage resource utilization effectively to ensure optimal team performance.
• Demonstrate expertise in at least 4 of the cybersecurity domains listed especially Cybersecurity Strategy & GRC, Data Protection & Privacy, OT Security, Cyber Security Architecture, SOC, VAPT, Managed Security Services, IAM, Cloud Security etc.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. MBA is preferred.
• 12+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with a strong understanding of various cybersecurity technologies and methodologies.
• Experience in serving clients in the MENA (Middle East and North Africa) region is preferred.
• Good understanding of MENA GCC regulations and frameworks will be an added advantage.
• Proven track record in managing cybersecurity consulting projects and leading teams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, OSCP, SABSA or equivalent are preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
