Overview:

We are looking for 3 – 5 Years of Experience to join our team as Quality Assurance (QA) Engineers. The role involves ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through rigorous testing and collaboration with development teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Learning and Development:
  • Participate in training sessions to understand QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
  • Learn about the software development lifecycle and how QA integrates into it.
• Testing:
  • Proper development of test cases and test plans based on product requirements and specifications.
  • Conduct manual testing of software applications, identifying bugs and issues.
  • Document test results and report defects to the development team.
• Collaboration:
  • Work closely with senior QA engineers and developers to understand and resolve issues.
  • Participate in team meetings, providing updates on testing progress and challenges.
• Continuous Improvement:
  • Stay updated with the latest QA practices and technologies.
  • Suggest improvements to existing testing processes and methodologies.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of software development fundamentals.
• Basic knowledge of any programming language (e.g., Java, C++, C#, Flutter Apps).
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 3 – 5 Years of experience in software development or QA roles.
• Familiarity with any testing tools or frameworks.

Understanding of web and mobile application development
